• Sign the program participation agreement
• Prepare and submit the required application documents

Program Application Steps

1. Internship Placement Search

Estimated Timeline: 2–4 months

Identify and apply to suitable U.S. host organizations that match your academic background, professional field, and career goals.

(Internship placement assistance is available for eligible participants.)

2. Online Application Submission

Estimated Timeline: 7–14 days

Complete the online program application and submit all required documents and supporting materials.

3. Document Review

Estimated Timeline: 1–2 business days

Your application and submitted documents will be reviewed to ensure completeness and eligibility.

4. U.S. Sponsor Organization Review

Estimated Timeline: Approximately 10 days

The designated U.S. Sponsor Organization will conduct an official review to confirm that you meet all program requirements.

This stage includes:

• Evaluation of your qualifications and application materials
• Review of your Training/Internship Plan
• Sponsor organization interview

5. U.S. Visa Interview

Estimated Timeline: 2–3 weeks

After receiving sponsor approval:

• Schedule your J-1 visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate
• Attend the visa interview

6. Visa Approval & Departure Preparation

Estimated Timeline: 5–10 business days

Once your visa is approved:

• Receive your J-1 visa
• Complete travel preparations
• Begin your Internship & Career Training Program in the United States
